We have a small but growing team, so the right candidate will be comfortable wearing many hats and be able to contribute to the overall product strategy while also rolling up their sleeves and getting the work done.

Overview of the role:

We are looking for a creative Product Designer who loves to run hypothesis-based experiments. The Product Designer will be leading the development of our products. Working closely with the development team, you will present validated customer problems and deliver efficient and inspired solutions. Success in this role is ultimately measured by product usage.

What you will do:

• Perform customer discovery and use empathy and analytics to unpack customer problems

• Break down problems into iterative chunks to drive customer value

• Define user stories to design and build delightful product experiences

• Design and wireframe and prototype solutions for a variety of web based features

• Own the end-to-end design experience from overall user flow to refining small details in visual design

• Maintain backlogs by making tough prioritization decisions on features and bugs

• Lead cross-functional alignment to drive releases into the hands of our customers

• Be a communication hub for product development activities

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• Experience conducting customer interviews and deriving insights that drive design

• Experience writing user stories complemented with wireframes in an Agile environment

• Experience cloud-based software or software-as-a-service (SaaS)

• Experience being the “product expert” to the organization

• Customer focus with the ability to engage with users and perform user research

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences

It would be an even better fit if you have:

• 2+ years of hands-on professional experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Product / UX Designer with familiarity across the entire design process

• Experience doing product design with a portfolio showcasing user experience

• Experience with eLearning, eCommerce, or Business Intelligence software

• Experience with Enterprise, B2B, or B2B2C software

• Experience with Agile (Scrum or Kanban) and continuous delivery practices

• Experience with Jira and/or Confluence
