Lambda Solutions, a leader in cloud-based talent and learning management systems, is excited to welcome Stewart Rogers on board as the new Director of Product Management. Brent Harvey, Sales Executive at Lambda Solutions comments, “Product leadership will take Lambda to the next level and Stewart is the right candidate to do so. Learning and talent management is at a pivotal moment in healthcare—there has not been noteworthy changes to help clinical learning and talent development in the past ten years so we’re eager to get our solution to market.”

Equipped with a wealth of product development experience in healthcare technology, Rogers is revved up to be a part of the Lambda family to “build new products and enhance existing products that will deliver value to Lambda’s healthcare clients”. Rogers notes that he is “particularly excited about this opportunity because we will undoubtedly have a meaningful impact in people’s lives as clinicians build out new skills and advance in their careers”.

As an experienced product management professional with over 15 years in technology product management, Rogers could not be a better fit to build out Lambda’s Healthcare Solutions. Prior to Lambda, Stewart was the Director of Product Management at Logibec Inc. where he led the Workforce Management Solution Development Team. Before that he was he was the Manager of Product Management at ACL Services. Stewart has also worked for Filogix (now D+H Limited Partnership) in Corporate Development and Strategy where he was responsible for leading new product development initiatives from concept to product.

When asked where he might go with Lambda’s Healthcare Solutions Rogers replied, “Without giving too much away, what I can say is that Healthcare clients are going to benefit from an organized and innovative approach to help them keep up with clinical learning in healthcare”.
