Safari Browser Access on PC
This issue only occurs to learners that use Safari on PC for their web browser.
Once learners have purchased a course from the Lambda Suite, they are unable to see the embedded course, and are instead presented with a white screen.
Learners have two solutions for this issue:
1. Use a different web browser, such as Google Chrome or Firefox.
2. Disable the 'Prevent Cross-Site Tracking' privacy option for your Safari browser.
Disabling 'Prevent Cross-Site Tracking' Privacy Option
To disable the 'Prevent Cross-Site Tracking' privacy option for your Safari browser:
1. Navigate to Preferences > Privacy > Website Tracking.
2. Disable the 'Prevent Cross-Site Tracking' option.
Browser Access on iOS Mobile
This issue only occurs to learners that use iOS mobile devices.
Once learners have purchased a course from the Lambda Suite, they are unable to see the embedded course, and are instead presented with a white screen.
The temporary solution is to use an Android device, or a PC (recommended browsers are Google Chrome or Firefox).
Lambda Store Admin Panel: HTTP 500 on User Detail Save
This issue may occur for administrators that use certain custom profile fields.
When an administrator edits a user account and tries to save it, the store will produce an HTTP500 error and the value entered will not be saved.
