- Drive a high level of activity within your territory
- Work with our pre-sales team to qualify and position our solutions
- Collaborate with our marketing team on a broad mix of marketing activities
- Manage existing customers and the new business pipeline.
- 2+ years of success in selling solutions to senior staff in IT, Human Resources, Training or business owners in mid- and large-size organizations in Education, Business and Corporate
- Knowledge of how to work a territory and build a pipeline
- Ability to effectively uncover customer needs and solution selling
- Passion for helping customers get more out of their technology investment
- Great listening and communication skills, with an excellent ability to present online and on the phone
- A regimented sales process and the mindset of living by the numbers
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
